BEGINNERS WORKSHOPS

WHAT TO EXPECT IN A BEGINNERS WORKSHOP

Life can be beautiful, but it is not perfect. Everyone has experienced traumas. We may not remember every incident – yet they are indelibly imprinted on our subconscious mind affecting and even controlling us from the depths of our psyche. Carl Jung is quoted as saying:  “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will control your life and you will call it fate.”

The contents of our subconscious not only affects our thoughts and attitudes, it is reflected in the subtle energies within and around the body. Changing this content  changes your thought patterns, your attitudes, your energy field and where and how you hold tensions in your physical body – in other words your “fate”.

In beginners workshops, Dr. Peake uses her ability as an emotional empath to help people identify their core unconscious patterns.  She then uses meditation, psychological insight and spiritual practice as tools to heal the negative and strengthen the positive. Beginners workshops are small and intimate so that by the end of every workshop everyone has a better understanding of their own core patterns and of the process of healing.
